Reginald Oblitey is a performance coach and founder of Red Eye Solutions, where he partners with startup founders to sharpen their leadership, resilience, and operational clarity in high-growth environments. Drawing on a unique blend of business acumen, coaching psychology, and athletic discipline, Reginald helps early-stage entrepreneurs translate vision into velocity.
Currently, he serves as Lead Success Coach at The Onyx Initiative, a national platform accelerating career outcomes for Black students and graduates. He also leads as Executive Director of Experience Life Community Services, where he builds community-based programs focused on youth development, financial literacy, and social innovation.
A former professional basketball player, Reginald blends high-performance principles from sport and neuroscience into every facet of his coaching work.
